The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your package.
04. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
05. Packaging
We take utmost care in packaging our ukiyo-e artworks to ensure their safe delivery. Each artwork is securely wrapped using Acid-Free Polypropylene Bags. These materials are specifically chosen to safeguard your artwork from potential damage and preserve its quality during transit.
06. Shipping Delays
Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
07. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For damaged packages, please take photographs of the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and find an appropriate solution for you.
