01. Our Return Policy
Due to the unique and collectible nature of ukiyo-e woodblock prints and their historical value, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details and images before making a purchase decision.
02. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please provide: photographs clearly showing the damage to the artwork, photographs of the packaging showing any damage, and your order number. We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
03. Items Not as Described
If you believe the item you received is materially different from its description on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a detailed explanation of the discrepancy. We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
04. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances: items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery, items where the packaging has been opened and the artwork has been displayed, and items where more than 48 hours have passed since delivery without a damage report.
05. Refund Process
If your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
06. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy applies.
